You'll receive your digital proof within 1–3 days for review. Once you've approved it and completed payment, we'll fulfil your order within 3 days before shipping it out to you.

Most portraits arrive within 1–2 weeks from the order date, depending on the number of revisions requested. An estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, just below the Add to Cart button.
You can easily track your order by visiting our “Track Your Order” page using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Absolutely! Simply upload all of your images and select the Combine Photos add-on when placing your order — you can combine up to 10 photos into one.
If you have any notes for the artist, just add them when you upload. We'll digitally merge your images into a single composition and send it over for your approval.
Once you're happy with the combined photo, our design team will get to work creating your custom portrait.
