At Landmark Prints, we want you to love your artwork. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
As many of our products are made to order and personalised, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Please note that personalised or custom-made items may be exempt from this right under applicable consumer laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
